Lesson Fees

Course fees vary based on the type of lesson. For specific pricing details, please contact us directly.

  • All fees must be paid after each lesson via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or cash (please refer to your invoice).

  • Swimmers will not be allowed to participate in any future lessons until payment is received in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel a lesson, you must contact us at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time via phone call, text, or email.

  • Late cancellations (less than 1 hour before) will incur a $10 fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

For outdoor lessons, classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to thunderstorms, lightning, or extreme weather conditions.

  • You will receive a cancellation notice via text, email, or phone call.

  • Lessons will not be canceled for light rain unless it affects visibility or safety.

Make-Up Lessons

  • Make-up lessons may be offered at the instructor’s discretion if a class is missed due to illness or an emergency, provided proper notice is given.

  • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed.

Medical Conditions & Individual Needs

Kiera’s Keep Afloat LLC cannot accept responsibility for a swimmer’s medical condition or additional needs unless a full disclosure is made at registration or immediately after a medical condition is diagnosed.

Valuables & Personal Items

  • Kiera’s Keep Afloat LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to lessons.

  • Please avoid bringing valuable items to the pool.

Behavior Policy

  • All swimmers, parents, and guardians are expected to follow instructions from staff members.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior (e.g., refusing to follow safety rules, damaging property, or disrespecting staff) will not be tolerated.

  • Kiera’s Keep Afloat LLC reserves the right to terminate lessons immediately for any individual engaging in unruly behavior without a refund.

Health & Illness Policy

  • Any swimmer who is sick or has a contagious illness (e.g., flu, COVID-19, skin infections) must not attend lessons.

  • If a swimmer arrives at a lesson visibly ill, they will not be permitted to participate.

  • Kiera’s Keep Afloat LLC is not liable for infections transmitted between swimmers.

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Parents/guardians must remain on-site for children under 5 years old during lessons.

  • Parents should not disrupt lessons to allow the instructor to focus on the swimmer’s progress.

Pool & Facility Rules

  • No swimmer may enter the pool area unless an instructor is present.

  • Running, rough play, and diving in unauthorized areas are strictly prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer

Kiera’s Keep Afloat LLC is not responsible for any injury, accident, or incident that occurs due to the negligence of the swimmer, parent/guardian, or facility management. The onsite swim instructor is solely responsible for the class or lesson in which the incident occurs.
